Nolan came to me looking to have someone to capture his ultimate surprise proposal to Karla – they have been together for 6 years! Throughout the planning process, Nolan and I hopped on phone calls and video chats all to ensure that it was everything he wanted it to be. His plan was to propose at The Gardens at Texas A&M University where both of them go to school. 

This beautiful set up was made by Nolan and the wreath was a perfect touch that made it feel truly like Christmas time. Complete with a bottle of champagne, beautiful goblets, and a custom designed ring for the girl of his dreams.

Karla arrived with her two friends initially thinking they were going to take photos for her friend’s bracelet business. When Karla saw what was really going on, the smiles went from ear to ear on everyone’s faces, and the giggles were non-stop. Of course, she said YES!

K+N popped some champagne, strolled around the gardens while admiring the Christmas lights put on display, looking at the few flowers that were around, and watering flower beds. Ending with a moment to raise a glass to this new chapter of their lives together.
